Weekly Homework

Reading

In Year 3, we are passionate about reading and expect children to read at home every night.

Each time they read, their online reading diary needs to be updated and uploaded by an adult at home on Learning With Parents.

Spellings

Maths

Throughout the year we will focus on different maths facts. Once they become automatic for children it will allow them to quickly recall the facts when completing more complex maths equations.

We are currently focusing on our 2, 5 and 3 times tables through the Autumn Term.

Please encourage your child to practise at home as well!

Weekly Homework

Every Friday, your child will have some maths, reading or SPaG (Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar) homework. This will be due in the following Friday. It is now sent out via Teams. Your child has been given their log in details. Any questions, please ask your Class Teacher.
